Terms of Use

Last updated October 14, 2026

These terms cover your use of Loudr, the website and app at this address. By logging in or using Loudr you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use Loudr.

What Loudr is

Loudr lets you log in with your X account and gives you a Solana wallet. When token launches open, people will be able to launch Solana tokens through Loudr, and each token's creator fees are split: 50% to the top qualifying post about the token each 20-minute round, 35% to the token's creator and 15% to Loudr. Token launches and payout rounds are not live yet. We'll announce them on X at @tryloudr.

Risks you accept

Crypto tokens are highly risky. Their price can drop to zero, and you can lose everything you put in. Only use money you can afford to lose. Nothing on Loudr is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and for any taxes you owe.

Things you must not do

Services we rely on

Loudr depends on other services, including X for login and post data, Privy for wallets, the Solana network and its RPC providers, and DexScreener for market data. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we aren't responsible for their outages or changes.

No warranty and limits on liability

Loudr is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Loudr and its team are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost tokens or SOL, or losses caused by network failures, third-party services, your own mistakes or other people's actions.

Ending use

You can stop using Loudr at any time, and your wallet stays yours. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using Loudr after an update, the new terms apply.
